D. Research, Policy and Documentation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct research, produce reports, position papers, and policy briefs.

2.Document human rights trends affecting Muslim communities in Sierra Leone.

3.Support both legal and advocacy work with data and analysis.

4.Maintain an internal knowledge base and database of cases/trends.

E.Communications and Digital Engagement Manager

Key responsibilities:

1.Draft press statements, position papers, and social media content.

2.Manage website, digital platforms, short videos/graphics, and media relations.

3.Ensure all messaging aligns with Islamic values, legal strategy, and organizational branding.

4.Monitor public discourse and public reactions.

F.Finance and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage budgets, financial records, reporting, and donor compliance.

2.Handle fundraising administration and expense reimbursements.

3.Ensure overall organizational compliance (anti-corruption, NGO regulations, record-keeping).

4.Support the ED with internal policies, SOPs, and basic HR/admin tasks.
